1st Test at Abu Dhabi, Day 2: Misbah ul Haq reaches fifty against New Zealand

Misbah ul Haq, the Pakistani skipper, reached his fifty on  the second day of the opening Test against New Zealand at Abu Dhabi on Monday. HIs innings contained five boundaries and one six. He earlier against the Australians had equalled the record for the fastest century in Test. He’s shown aggressive intent here too.  With his team almost near 500 he could go hammer and tongs.

This knock of the Pakistan skipper saw him slowly but he tried to hit out after that. If he and Younis Khan make a hundred then that would be three Pakistani batsmen making centuries. The New Zealand looks rundown against this marauding Pakistani batting line-up.
