BCCI AGM was scheduled to be held on November 20
The hearing on the controversial spot-fixing and betting scandal that surfaced in the Indian Premier League (IPL) had taken place in the Supreme Court of India on Friday. In the hearing the court asked the Board of Control for Cricket In India (BCCI) to hold back their Annual General Meeting (AGM) and elections, which was scheduled to be held on November 20.
N Srinivasan, IPL COO Sundar Raman, Gurunath Meiyappan and Raj Kundra’s names have appeared so far today. They have been ‘pr0bed for corruption’.
According to a report in Times Now, the panel disclosed that Gurunath Meiyappan was a team official of Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Apart from Meiyappan, Raj Kundra was revealed to be one of the names in the report. Of the 13 names, two have been revealed but the names of some “big players” who were rumoured to be included have yet to be revealed. The third name was revealed to be that of N Srinivasan.
