The event was held at CR and FC grounds in Colombo, attended by many prominent figures including celebrities and the national team of Sri Lanka.
The theme song titled Sri Lanka Api Thamai was composed by Sri lankan born international composer Joey Lewis. Attorney-at-Law Susara Dinal representing M Entertainment participated at the event while a number of singers who were featured in the song such as Sunil Perera, Joey Lewis, Bhathiya Jayakody, Santhush Weeraman, Umariya Singhawanshe, Bachi Susan were also present at the event. The much-awaited ICC World cup 2015 will kick off in host nations Australia and New Zealand on February 14, next year.
